You may have noticed a few changes to the committee newsletter template in 2014. I wanted to take a moment to introduce you to our new layout and encourage you to write for a committee on a topic that interests you. In addition to a colorful new design and better mobile integration, both of which are demonstrated in this email, authors now receive greater exposure with the addition of author photos and a link to their firm websites. Your article will also be available in relevant search results when your colleagues are doing their research through search.abi.org. These articles are also a perfect length for creating reprints to pass along to your clients.

Before beginning a new article, contact the Newsletter Editor for your committee (found on the committee homepage at committees.abi.org). Select your committee and find your Newsletter Editor under “Committee Leaders” on the right-hand side of the page. The Newsletter Editor will help you identify a topic, as well as provide the parameters and deadlines for submission. Articles are generally 500-1,200 words.
